Led a comprehensive multi-phase data cleaning project, de-duping 38,000 records, reformatting the remaining 15,000, and standardizing the final citation metadata.

Managed the calendars and inboxes for the Executive Vice President of the Library, Archive, and Sci Tech as well as the six-person Cultural Equity and Inclusion team; coordinating schedules across international time zones, drafting internal and external memos, and setting priorities to ensure efficient workflow and timely responses.
